- Access-list and firewall rules details.
- Current Routing and VRF details.
- Network diagrams (logical and physical) including LAN, WAN and WLAN.
- Application in use.
- List of all static IPs.
- Servers located at the site.
- Surveillance devices like security cameras etc.
- List of Printers and scanners.
- Voice Phone setup.
- Number of users per floor per building.
- Video Meeting room setup.
- List and escalation matrix of site contacts.
- Hand and feet engineer details.
- Working hours of the site.
- Vendor availability if any dependencies on vendor like WAN or third party devices.
